Yes. We work on custom builds, prebuilt gaming PCs, and upgraded rigs. If you built it yourself, we can still troubleshoot and optimize it.

Remote support is great for software problems: Windows errors, driver conflicts, game crashes, performance tuning, BIOS/UEFI guidance, and cleanup after malware or bad updates. If we suspect failing hardware, we’ll recommend next steps.

Usually no. We can guide you using built-in tools, or we’ll provide a trusted remote session option during your appointment.

Yes. Sessions are by appointment, require your permission, and you can watch everything in real time. We never access your PC without you present.

Yes—Dallas, TX area in-person service is available by appointment. For everyone else, we offer nationwide ship-in service.

Contact us first with your symptoms and specs. We’ll confirm the best service path, then you ship your PC via FedEx. After diagnosis, we’ll share findings and options before any major work.

Use the original box if possible. Remove heavy GPUs if you can, or secure them with internal packing. Add foam/bubble wrap so the case can’t move inside the box, and protect glass panels with extra padding.
